At Linkn Foods, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review our order cancellation and return policies below.

Cancellation Policy


Standard Cancellation


Customers may cancel an order anytime before it is dispatched.
Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted, but the customer may choose to reject it upon delivery.
Cancellation time windows may vary depending on product categories. The specific time frame mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page is considered final.
Orders canceled after the specified time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If a seller cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
Linkn Foods reserves the right to accept or decline cancellations, modify cancellation windows, or waive cancellation fees at its discretion.

     

    1. Cancellation Policy - Hyperlocal Orders


        • Orders placed under the MINUTES delivery option cannot be canceled or refunded via self-service due to quick delivery times.

        • However, cancellations/refunds may be processed via Customer Support under the following circumstances:
          •                 The order was not delivered within the estimated time displayed at the time of purchase.
          •                 The order has not yet been picked up by the delivery partner.
          •                 The seller has not accepted or has canceled the order for reasons not attributable to the customer.
          •                 Any other reason deemed valid by the company.

    1. Order Cancellation by Linkn Foods

        • Linkn Foods reserves the right to cancel an order, in whole or in part, due to:
          •               Product unavailability.
          •               Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events).
          •               Suspected fraudulent activity.
          •               Violation of our Terms of Use.
          •               Logistical constraints.

            • In such cases, customers will not be charged, and any prepaid amounts will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Refund status can be tracked on the Order Details page.

    1. Returns Policy

      • Returns are subject to the policies of individual sellers, and the options for exchange, replacement, or refund may vary. The return/replacement policy mentioned on the product page will take precedence over the general returns policy outlined below.

        General Return Guidelines

        •             Products eligible for returns will have the applicable return/replacement policy stated on the product page.
        •             Different categories may have varying return policies; customers should carefully review the return terms on the product page.

          •             Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
            •                     The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
            •                     The wrong item was delivered.
            •                     The product is missing essential parts or accessories.


    1. Return Process

          • To initiate a return, customers should follow the return request process available on the Platform.
          • Once the return request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled where applicable.
          • Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item is received and verified by the seller.

            Exceptions to Returns

            • Some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, perishable nature, or manufacturer restrictions.
            • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

            Our order cancellation and return policies may be updated periodically. Any changes will be communicated via the Platform's notifications or other official communication channels.
